Helical rack with bevel teeth 1.5M 20x20mm 960mm

The beveled teeth on the rack allow for fast movement and quiet, long-term operation without vibration.

The racks are not recommended to be cut, they are sold individually. Each piece is 960 mm long. The bars are finely milled and ground on the outside. Pressure angle 20° and tooth angle 19°31'42”

Thanks to the progressive contact, the process performance is smoother and produces less noise. Dynamic loads are also reduced.

This type of beveled rack can operate at higher speeds than spur racks.

The transmitted load is distributed along the bevel line, which reduces bending loads.

Tooth wear is reduced and they can transmit more force than spur gears with the same size teeth.
