Ordered goods that are in stock and the order was received by 12:00 will be shipped the same day.

Ordered goods that are not in stock are shipped depending on availability (2 - 4 weeks)

Orders are processed Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Sat 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Delivery method

We ship the ordered goods, depending on the total weight of the package, via Slovak Post, DPD or via Zásielkovňa.sk.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are charged based on the total weight of the ordered goods and the country to which the order will be shipped.

By bank transfer - we send the ordered goods immediately after the amount is credited to our bank account without any additional fees. To speed up the shipment, please inform us about sending the payment. ( slow / cheapest )

Cash on delivery - we ship the ordered goods immediately after confirming the order ( fastest delivery/most expensive )

Online payment (GoPay, Visa, Master card) - we ship the ordered goods immediately after the online transaction ( very fast processing )

Receiving the shipment

The customer is obliged to carefully check the shipment upon receipt to ensure that the packaging is not damaged or that it does not show any other defects. In case of discrepancies, make a note of the damage with the delivery person and avoid unnecessary complications. If you discover a defect in the goods, contact us immediately. By signing the delivery note, the customer confirms that the goods arrived undamaged. Later complaints caused by the fault of the carrier will no longer be accepted.

Return of goods

The customer has the right to return the goods without giving a reason in an undamaged condition within 14 days of their delivery. The customer pays the shipping costs for returning the goods.

Warranty period

The consumer is entitled to a 2-year warranty period. Warranty The period begins to run from the date of receipt of the goods.
