CNC router 800x600 1500W

CNC milling machine of a higher class with a working surface of 800x600mm and a spindle lift of 70mm.

This model handles more demanding operations and is suitable for semi-professional use

Air-cooled three-phase spindle with a power of 1500W and max. 24000 rpm is controlled by a frequency converter. Super powerful stepper motors and stable aluminum alloy construction (6061-T5) give this machine the power you need to mill, cut, engrave and drill wood, plastic, non-ferrous metals, etc.

Used high-quality cables and a new type of powerful and stable electronics built in together with the frequency converter in a dustproof box.

The 65/80mm diameter ER11/ER16 flanged spindle is supplied with a collet for 3.175mm and 6mm tools.

The milling machine is controlled using standard G-code instructions. You can generate G-code using CAM software such as LazyCam, Cut 2D, Fusion 360, etc. or write by hand. Turning the spindle on/off and changing the speed is controlled automatically from the Mach3 program using the M3 command.

The CNC milling machine is immediately ready for use. Tested with MACH3. Upon agreement, the milling machine can be installed and tested directly at the customer's premises.
