CNC router DXC2525 800W

3-axis modeling CNC milling machine of the middle class with a working surface of 230x265mm and a spindle lift of 105mm.

This model is intended for home use, for teaching purposes, but also for serial production.

Spindle controlled by a frequency converter with a power of 800W and max. 24000 rpm. SFU1605 ball screws driven by powerful NEMA23 stepper motors, HGR20 linear bearings and rails, and stable metal-aluminum construction give this machine the necessary rigidity, power and precision for milling, engraving, drilling in wood, plastic, non-ferrous metal, etc. The safety and limits of the machine are taken care of by induction sensors on each axis.

The spindle flange is an ER11 type and comes standard with a collet for 3.175, 4, 6mm tools.

A tool end calibration sensor with automatic zero adjustment is included in the delivery.

The milling machine is controlled using standard G-code instructions. You can generate the G-code using CAM software such as LazyCam, Cut 2D, V-cerve, Aspire, Fusion360, etc. or write by hand.

The milling machine is completely assembled, just connect the cables and it is immediately ready for use. Tested with MACH3.
