Aluminum profile for CNC machines 200x96mm

CNC Alu Profile 200×96 is an extremely strong profile made specifically to improve and facilitate the construction of CNC milling machines and other similar machines that require a solid and stable axis. Calculation of the length of the ball screw:

A1 = 10mm

A2 = 10mm

FK - bearing in the housing (FK12=36mm for SFU1605-SFU1610) (FK15=43mm for SFU2005-SFU2010)

FF - bearing in the housing (FF12=6mm for SFU1605-SFU1610) (FK15=9 for SFU2005-SFU2010)

Aluminum profile = 1000mm

Example:

FK + A1 + Alu-profile + A2 + FF = total length of the ball screw

36 + 10 + 1000 + 10 + 6 = 1062 mm (length of ball screw SFU1605/SFU1610)

43 + 10 + 1000 + 10 + 9 = 1072 mm (length of ball screw SFU2005/SFU2010)

CNC Alu profile 200×96 is designed for fastening with screws with internal thread M10. The recommended thread length for screwing is 35 mm or up to 50 mm, it is necessary to cut the thread before screwing in the screws.
